When does the Founders Club pre-order close?

The Founders Club pre-order closes on 28th July 2026. After this date, this month’s Founders Box will no longer be available. When spaces are gone, they are gone.

When will my first box be dispatched?

All Founders Box orders are dispatched between the 5th and 15th of August 2026. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

When are subscription payments taken?

Subscription payments are taken on the 1st of every month. Your first payment is taken at the point of pre-order. Subsequent payments are taken on the 1st of each following month for as long as your subscription is active.

Can I buy just one box without subscribing?

Yes. The Founders Box is available as a one-off purchase for £39.99. Please note that one-off box purchases do not include ongoing Founders Club pricing for future boxes.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply contact us before your next billing date on the 1st of the month. Any boxes already dispatched are non-refundable, but there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please allow additional time for international orders. All orders are dispatched from the UK.

I am a complete beginner — is this suitable for me?

Absolutely. Every box includes a full masterclass with an illustrated booklet, diagrams, step-by-step guidance and a private video tutorial. You can work through everything at your own pace.

What happens after the 12 months?

At the end of your 12-month heirloom journey, you will have built a complete Lantern Moon tool collection housed in the Lantern Moon tool case. After 12 months, you are welcome to continue your subscription on a rolling monthly basis for new projects, patterns and yarn, or simply enjoy everything you have built.
